You are about to use a SoftEther VPN connection provided by this host. A VPN creates an encrypted network tunnel between your device and our network. While encryption protects transit, this service may log connection metadata and can affect access to network resources. By connecting you agree to the terms below and the full VPN terms available at:
These Full VPN Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Virtual Private Network ("VPN" or "Service") provided by the owner/operator of this host ("Provider"). By connecting to or using the VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
"User" or "you" means any person who uses the Service. "Administrator" means the person or entity responsible for operation and management of the VPN. "Content" means any data, files, communications or software transmitted, stored or processed using the Service.
By using the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein. The Provider may amend these Terms from time to time; changes become effective when posted. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Without limiting generality, you must not use the Service to:
The Provider may collect and retain connection metadata necessary for security, abuse handling, troubleshooting, performance, and compliance with legal obligations. Typical logs may include connection timestamps, source IP addresses, assigned VPN IPs, session duration, and bytes transferred. The Provider does not, by default, perform deep packet inspection of user content unless required for abuse investigation, security reasons, or by law.
Retention periods for logs will be set by the Administrator in accordance with operational and legal requirements. Requests for deletion or access to logs should be directed to the Administrator; the Administrator may deny requests where retention is required by law or necessary for security or abuse investigation.
Provider implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the Service. However, no security measures are perfect. You must take reasonable steps to secure your devices and credentials. The Provider is not responsible for security problems caused by your device or third-party services outside the Provider's control.
The Administrator may monitor usage and investigate suspected violations of these Terms. The Administrator may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when it reasonably believes there is actual or suspected prohibited activity, abuse, or security risk. The Administrator may also cooperate with law enforcement or legal process as required by law.
Reports of abuse or policy violation should be sent to the contact address below. Abuse reports should include sufficient detail to allow investigation (timestamps, sample logs, descriptions). The Administrator will review and may take actions including issuing warnings, rate limiting, blocking, suspension, or termination of accounts or sessions.
All intellectual property rights in the Service and this site remain with the Provider or its licensors. You retain ownership of Content you create, but you grant the Provider a limited license to process and transmit such Content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Provider does not warrant continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider and its officers, employees, agents and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Provider's aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms will not exceed any fees paid by you for the Service in the prior 12 months, or where no fees were charged, the sum of fifty US dollars (USD $50), unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the Service.
The Administrator may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, security incidents, abuse, or other operational reasons. Termination does not limit the Provider's ability to pursue other remedies it deems appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws specified by the Provider's jurisdiction (see contact details). To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Provider's jurisdiction. Nothing in this Section prevents the Provider from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.
The Provider may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be posted and will become effective as stated. Continued use of the Service following notice constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To report abuse, request information, or seek support, contact the Administrator at: admin@kai-young.co.uk. For legal requests or law enforcement, please follow the procedures described on the administrative contact page.
